I'm still looking for a wrecked frame, a set of Honda Rebel 450 wheels, and a 7" diameter headlight bucket (bottom mount HD only). Also looking for a swingarm in somewhat good shape to chop up as part of a rigid frame conversion kit I am trying to develop.
I still have available an uncut 4.75 US gallon tank with cap and petcock, original Savage buckhorn handlebar, soon to be available stock seat and p-pad, soon to be available stock rear fender/sissybar assembly/taillight unit, plate assembly, possibly a stock front end.
I am going to set mine up with an EL Harley fender, model XA Harley front end or non-USA spec Honda Steed springer (if you have one, what do you want for it?), tombstone or beehive tailight, real handlebar/grips, rigid or plunger frame conversion, better looking exhaust, etc.
All of my spares will be available as soon as I yank the stock parts. Will trade for what I need if it is in good or better shape, as well as sell extras outright. If I can't get what I need, the bike will go away, and I'll go back to HD's. The stock Savage is no longer comfortable for me. The U.S. aftermarket doesn't support the model, the factory barely does, and I'm getting tired of having to hybridize or fabricate to get what I need to keep my bike up to my standards.
